The 'Love Island' star - who has her own account on the platform - is fuming with the company, who recently announced their plan to ban any explicit content on the site in a couple of months' time.

She wrote on Instagram: "To say I’m disappointed with @onlyfans choice to stop explicit content is an understatement. The greed is unreal, using sex workers to make millions and to now cut off the majority of your users, further perpetuating the narrative that sex work is shameful.

"I hope all explicit creators aren’t panicking too much please be safe! There are alternative platforms to work from “adult-work” and @vuepay safely and securely. Please don’t compromise your safety and do things you’re not comfortable with.

"I can’t believe how they have done this with no apology and proper explanation blaming it on 'banking partners' greedy and irresponsible!"

In a statement, OnlyFans confirmed their decision.

It read: "OnlyFans will prohibit the posting of any sexually explicit conduct. In order to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform, and to continue to host an inclusive community of creators and fans, we must evolve our content guidelines."

Megan previously insisted she's "so proud" of her OnlyFans, which she says has helped her fund her own home.

She explained: "I’m so proud of my OnlyFans. I knew how much girls I used to work with in the sex industry were making on webcamming, so I thought, 'Why not?' I can't believe how well I’ve done, I’m smashing it.

"I'm sure men would be happy if I just stood in front of a mirror in my underwear, but for me it’s about getting glammed up."
