Matt Lucas will appear on 'Celebrity Gogglebox' with his mum Diana.
The 'Bake Off' host, 47, will join the previously announced Graham Norton and Michelle Visage for the star-studded special, which is in aid of Stand Up to Cancer.
Matt is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Mum and I love 'Gogglebox' so we’re extremely chuffed to be on the sofa together in support of the brilliant Stand Up To Cancer."
News of their appearance was also confirmed on the show's official Twitter page.
The tweet said: "Well, would you Lucas this!! @realmattlucas and his mum Diana are joining the #Gogglebox sofa THIS FRIDAY 15th October for @SU2CUK Celebrity Special (sic)"
Fellow star Graham Norton was also thrilled to be joining the charity special.
He said: "Cancer keeps robbing us of the most wonderful people so it’s an honour for Michelle and me to be taking our places on the hallowed Gogglebox sofa for this year’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign."
However, the chat show host, 58 admitted to being a little apprehensive about what he might say when he takes to the sofa with 'Drag Race' judge Michelle, 53.
He said: “I dread to think what we’ll end up watching but it’s safe to say, some shade will be thrown.”
Michelle was also keen to take part in the show and opened up about her personal experience with cancer.
She said: “I love 'Gogglebox' and I adore Graham Norton, so this is my idea of sheer heaven. I lost both my adoptive and biological mothers to this awful disease so it’s incredibly important to me to support the amazing work Stand Up To Cancer do.
"Every penny raised goes towards finding cures for cancer so I hope we can help raise bucket loads of money.”
