New York Comic Con got off to an incredible start this week, when Brendan Fraser - on behalf of the DC Universe - took to the stage to announce some special news straight from the set of upcoming series Doom Patrol.
Fraser will play Cliff Steele in flashback scenes throughout the show, as well as voicing Robotman, and the star revealed that Matt Bomer had joined him on the cast in the role of Negative Man. As well as voicing that character, he'll appear in flashback scenes as Larry Trainor.
Matthew Zuk shares the role of Negative Man, and will provide the physical performance of the character on set in costume, joining Riley Shanahan as the actor providing the physical performance of Robotman.
Fraser and Bomer are joined by talent including Joivan Wade as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Timothy Dalton as Niles Caulder/The Chief, April Bowlby as Elasti-Woman, Diane Guerrero as Crazy Jane and Alan Tudyk as Mr. Nobody.
