Steve Kielty, Saliva Mahmood-Ahmed and Giovanna Ryan will compete to be the winner of 'MasterChef' 2017.
The three finalists will have to deliver a magnificent three-course meal for judges John Torode and Greg Wallace in tonight's (12.05.17) final if they want to win the coveted prize.
Giovanna, who has roots in Italy, has been impressing the judges all the way through the competition with her dishes and she says if she wins she would like open up her own eatery with her partner Marcus in the mountains.
She said: "Cooking for a client in the mountains and skiing in my spared time would be perfect."
However, Giovanna will have stiff competition from fellow contestant Steve, who believes he has been able to master the technical elements of cooking the best because he works as a sound engineer and DJ.
He told The Sun newspaper: "There is definitely a similarity between what I do fora living and my cooking.
"I am always dealing with the scientific and creative sides of music production so it's reflected in the food I cook.
"I love thinking up new dishes or thinking of ways to play with flavour combinations and textures of classics."
And the final hopeful in the running for the winner's title is Salvia, who has been taking her work home with her, as she has admitted to reciting her recipes in her sleep.
She laughed: "It absolutely interfered with my sleep. I would wave my husband up by talking loudly about blackberries and I couldn't recall any of it."
And while she has been disturbing her husband Usman's sleep, he is hoping it will be worth it as he was the one who persuaded her to sign up for the show.
She added: "He'd always told me I could do it and started filling in the form for me."
The final will be aired on BBC One this evening (12.05.17) at 8.30pm
