Marvin and Rochelle Humes are being lined up to co-host several shows after impressing on 'This Morning'.
The couple - who have a three-month-old daughter Alaia-Mai - are in demand from ITV bosses following their "stand-out" guest presenting stint on the show earlier this month, and they are delighted at being compared to Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, who hosted 'This Morning' from 1988 to 2001.
An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: "Marvin and Rochelle were a big hit. Marvin is thrilled with the comparisons to successful presenting couple Richard and Judy
"Everyone expected them to come across well but they didn't think they'd be such professionals.
"They were so personable and likeable. And that really came across on screen.
"The fact that they've just started a family adds another dimension to them and viewers can relate to them as parents.
"Of all the guest presenters standing in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, they've been the stand-out couple.
"There are some exciting projects coming up this winter that bosses are now thinking the pair could front."
Marvin and Rochelle are already in line to appear on ITV show 'Surprise Surprise' later this year, but are remaining tight-lipped about their other forthcoming TV projects.
He said: "People say we could be like Richard and Judy, which I don't mind as they are fantastic and very successful.
"We might be doing 'Surprise Surprise' later in the year, and a few others things that I can't talk about right now."
