Mark Wright doesn't know how long he'll be in the US for.
The 30-year-old presenter jetted across the pond over the weekend for his new showbiz reporter gig on the American TV show 'Extra' but, although it was initially thought he'd only be away for a few months, his sister Jess Wright has admitted they still don't know how long the job will last but they're hoping to go out there to see him.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the TV Choice Awards in London on Monday (04.09.17), she said: "It's very hard, he's going for a while, we don't know how long for at the minute and it's really difficult, everyone was quite tearful at the airport especially Mark and my mum.
"It was hard but he's not going off to the army, I can image that would be much more difficult for families. He's going off to the city of dreams - I'll definitely be going out."
And it's not just the heartthrob's career who has taken off since he quit 'The Only Way is Essex', as Jess has been working hard on her fitness venture since she left the show.
She explained: "I'm working on some stuff that I'm hoping to do and possibly for my fitness you never know! I'm fitness through and through now, it's a part of my life it's something that I embrace every day, even if I am not going to the gym lets say on a hangover day, I'll make sure I'll go for a long walk or something, it's all going really well."
