Mark Wright has confirmed he is taking part in this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing.'
The 'Only Way Is Essex' star - who is engaged to former 'Coronation Street' actress Michelle Keegan - has revealed he is set to take to the dancefloor in the upcoming BBC One reality series and plans to "try hard" to take home the glitter ball trophy.
The 27-year-old heartthrob, who claims he has no rhythm, made the announcement to listeners on his Heart Club Classics show shortly before 8pm this evening (22.08.14), saying: "You know I can't dance and all that, and I've got absolutely no rhythm and they call me 'Marky no moves', well... the dancing shoes are coming out, and once and for all I'm going to learn to dance! As this year I am taking part in 'Strictly Come Dancing!' "
He added: "I love a challenge. I love to conquer a challenge that I'm not that good at, and this is exactly that. I'm gonna put everything into it. I know the only move in my locker is a caterpillar, and I know that I'm gonna look funny in sequins, but... I do like to try hard and I do like to crack new challenges."
Mark will be joining already confirmed contestants, Blue singer Simon Webbe, rugby player Thom Evans, The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford, tennis ace Andy Murray's mother Judy Murray, 'This Morning' presenter Alison Hammond and 'EastEnders' actor Jake Wood.
