Mario Falcone has reportedly been given a warning after he allegedly slapped Sophie Anderton.
'Celebrity Big Brother' bosses were forced to step in on Monday night (26.08.13) and remind 'The Only Way is Essex' hunk of "acceptable behaviour" in the house after a playfight in the garden between him and the busty model spiralled out of control, according to the Daily Star newspaper.
Sophie, 36, reportedly told Mario: "That was a bit too hard".
However, within minutes of the incident Channel 5 chiefs had called the lothario into the Diary Room to present him with the riot act in fear that there would be a repeat of the "nutgate" scandal that happened in the last series between Daley Ojuederie and Hazel O'Sullivan.
Mario reportedly pleaded: "We were just f***ing around and having fun."
Daley - who was booted off the show for his aggressive behaviour towards the model - initally had a flirty relationship with Hazel, but things got out of hand during a drunken night, which saw Hazel pull down his shorts, prompting Daley to grab her by the throat and threaten to "nut her".
As well as being kicked off the show, Daley was quizzed by police over his antics and dumped by long-term girlfriend Katie Cotterie.
