Mario Falcone misses "Sunday night snuggles" with Lucy Mecklenburgh.

'The Only Way is Essex' hunk split from the brunette beauty - who is now dating The Wanted's Max George - earlier this year after he admitted to cheating on her more than once, but despite going their separate ways in life, the Italian stallion still struggles to cope with the lonely weekends without her.

Speaking to new! magazine, he said: " During the week, Monday to Saturday, it's absolutely fine because I'm seeing my boys. But it's the Sunday night snuggles that I think everyone misses."

However, the tailor - who proposed to Lucy last year - hasn't ruled out rekindling his romance with the boutique owner in the future, but admits they both need time apart to do their own thing.

He explained: "Everyone wants to see us back together, but I think we both know that we need to do our separate thing and then you just never know..."

The lothario has also defended his ex-fiancé's recent weight loss, claiming that she looks "really good" regardless of how much she weighs.

He said: "I think she's happy. Everyone else should leave her to it. She looked very curvaceous when I was first with her and she looks really good now, too. There's no denying she still looks good.
