Maisie Smith has no plans to return to 'EastEnders'.
The 22-year-old actress played the role of Tiffany Butcher on the BBC One soap opera from 2008 until 2014 and then again from 2018 until 2021 and while she feels confident that there will "always" be a place in the cast for her, now is not the right time for her to go back.
Asked about the idea of making a comeback to the show, she told OK! Magazine: "Not at the minute, no, but it's one of those places, you just never know. There's always a place to go back to, but not right now."
Maisie took part in 'Strictly Come Dancing' in 2020 and struck up a relationship with fellow contestant and The Wanted singer Max George, 35, and the pair have since moved in together.
The former soap star admitted that whilst home renovations had been taking up a lot of their time, they are both "really happy" and she feels "house proud" for the first time in her life.
She said: "It's very time-consuming, but we're getting there. We're really happy, and the house looks amazing. I'm finally house proud for the first time ever so I'm very happy!"
Maisie - who dabbled in pop music following her first stint on the soap and released the single 'Good Thing' and then starred in the 2022 UK tour of 'Strictly Ballroom: The Musical' - insisted to the outlet that she is "busy and happy" and admitted she would love to return to the theatre if the right role came along.
Towards the end of 2023, Maisie joked that she and Max should have their own reality show.
Maisie told The Sun newspaper: "That would be great entertainment."
Max then said: "It would be just us arguing."
