'Love Island' star Wes Nelson is set for 'Dancing On Ice'.
The reality TV hunk - who finished fourth on the ITV2 dating show with Megan Barton Hanson - is said to be lined up for the figure skating show after impressing bosses with his audition.
An insider told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre TV column: "Wes has boundless energy and he's already displayed great rhythm on 'Love Island', so 'Dancing On Ice' execs thought he'd be a great choice for the series.
"He has a huge social media following and bosses know that a lot of 'Love Island' fans will be desperate to see how he does.
"It will be a viewing figure boost. He's also a great sport so won't mind donning sequinned costumes and showing off his body for votes."
Wes won't be the first former 'Love Island' star to slide onto the ice, as last year's dating show winner Kem Cetinay finished fourth on the skating programme.
While Wes, 20, worked as an engineer before heading into the villa to find romance, he admitted after the experience that he was open to the possibility of staying in the world of entertainment.
He said at the time: "My old company have left the door open for me to return but I'm up for seeing what opportunities are available for now."
And Wes and Megan, 24, revealed last month they are head-over-heels in love, with plans to tie the knot at some point.
When asked if the couple plan to get married, she replied: "If it keeps going like this, yeah one day."
The pair made their romance official whilst in the villa, but Megan was agonising over her decision to ask the hunk to be her partner after they slept together that week.
Wes told Megan: "I am really, really starting to catch feelings for you. I don't like saying it because its vulnerability and I've said it to people in the past."
Megan replied: "You know I like you, it's just hard for me to express how I feel. I act like I'm not bothered about things but I am.
"With you it's different and I've never had this. I want to find someone I can leave with and have a future with, it's just really hard saying it."
