‘Love Island’ star Andrew Le Page surprised his girlfriend Tasha Ghouri with a tattoo celebrating her “superpower”.
The 27-year-old real estate agent had an image of the 24-year-old model’s cochlear implant - a small, electronic device that helps provide a sense of sound to Tasha, who was born deaf - intertwined with the British Sign Language sign for "I love you” inked onto his body.
Tasha shared a snap of Andrew's tattoo, and wrote on Twitter: “So Andrew came home and surprised me with his new tattoo, I actually can’t even!!!!!!! How beautiful.
“It’s “ily” in BSL with my cochlear implant wrapped around (sic)"
Andrew recently admitted he wants to learn sign language.
In a YouTube video, he said: “It’s definitely something I definitely wanna learn. I know it means a lot to Tash and it would be a pretty cool skill to have.”
Tasha admitted she was a “sign language fluent until I was five” and was “slowly getting back into it” and thought it was something they could do together.
She said: “I think we are going to go to a BSL course together.”
Andrew and Tasha also marked their love for one another in August by getting matching rose tattoos.
He previously said: "When we were in the villa we were talking about what we’d want not our final date, but what we’d like a date in.
"Tasha actually said, ‘I would love a hotel room where you come in and there’s loads and loads of roses,’ and this was before our date.
"Obviously our date happened and we had literally thousands of roses and it was kind of like a sign, we were literally talking about this.”
