Tonight’s (June 24th, 2022) episode of Love Island sees perhaps the strongest couple in the villa potentially hit the rocks, as Tasha admits following her date with Charlie that she had a good time.
Speaking to Andrew, Tasha says: “I went in with a complete open-mind to see what happens. It was a good date. He’s a good-looking guy.”
Keeping a straight face, he replies: “I’m not surprised he picked you. You’re a very good-looking girl. You’re obviously super nice and amazing.”
Later chatting to Jay and Antigoni, Andrew admits his disappointment and feels that Charlie is going to couple up with Tasha at that evening's coupling ceremony.
With the boys able to pick from the girls, there could be trouble ahead.
Over on the sun deck, Charlie and Tasha and chatting once more, with Charlie saying: “I wanted to see where your head's at, really. I enjoyed the date today, it was good fun. We got on pretty well. If I were to pick you, would you be open to seeing what would happen or are you closed off to it?”
Exactly how Tasha responds could change the entire trajectory of her Love Island journey and, that of Andrew. Are they about to be ripped apart following a couple of weeks of apparent bliss?
Elsewhere, Jay speaks with both Antigoni and Indiyah about the recoupling. The two are keen to know who he is going to pick, as he is currently paired with Ekin-Su but has made it clear that he wants to get to know Paige.
Refusing to give anything away, he simply says: “I’m not sure…”
