'Love Island' has reportedly signed up a junior doctor who worked 70 hours a week on the COVID-19 frontline.

Toluwa Adepeju, 25, helped students during the pandemic and has urged people to get vaccinated, with ITV bosses seeing him as a "perfect pick" for the dating show.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "He’s led from the very front - in hospital and online, educating people of the risks and the need to get vaccinated.
"He is a perfect pick. He’s modest, down to earth and loves what he does.”
Toluwa's upcoming appearance comes after he previously revealed his dedication during the health crisis.
He wrote: "68 hours in 7/7 days - the long week is finished. All glory be to God.”
And he will follow in the footsteps of fellow medic Dr. Alex George, who proved to be a big hit with viewers three years ago.
The A&E doctor recently enjoyed a week off to "look after [his] physical and mental health" after a "long and hard year".
He wrote on Instagram: "It’s been a bit of an up and down week. I always want to be honest with you guys and the last thing I want is for my page to be a highlight of good days, hiding the bad.
"It’s been a long and hard year, which ultimately takes it’s toll. I have really felt it this week and I am aware I need a break.
"I am taking a full week off from Tuesday. Recognizing when you are becoming stressed and acting on it, is so important. (sic)"
Earlier this year, Alex - who tragically lost his 19-year-old brother Llŷr to suicide last year - was appointed as a Youth Mental Health Ambassador by the Prime Minister.
Boris Johnson enlisted his help to advise the government and raise the profile of mental health education and wellbeing in schools.
Alex said at the time: "The last year has been unimaginably difficult for all of us, but particularly for young people who have sacrificed so much.
"I am honoured to be appointed for this role where I’ll be working closely with the government to make mental health an absolute priority and hope to have a positive impact on the lives of young people and their education for good."
Regarding casting for this year's 'Love Island', ITV said: "No decisions have been made on the line-up.”
