Louis Walsh didn't like last year's 'X Factor'.
The former judge - who was booted out by Simon Cowell earlier in the year - said he felt he had outlived the show after 10 years and "didn't love" the last series because he felt like he was "cracking up".
He said: "I loved doing the show for 10 years.
"I didn't love it last year if I'm really honest with you. I liked it and it paid me well but I think I was just there too long and I was cracking up a bit."
Meanwhile, the 63-year-old music manager shared what he thinks of new judges, Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw and 'Body On Me' singer Rita Ora.
Louis thinks he would've "got on well" with Rita as he has spent time with her before and he thinks she is a "funny bunny".
He told Irish broadcaster's Nicky Byrne and Jenny Greene on RTE: "I spent a lot of time with Rita. She's a funny, funny bunny. I would have got on well with her."
However, Louis didn't sound so sure about Nick, who he thought was a "strange choice" and said he "hopes he works out" because it will be "tough" during the live shows.
He added: "I think Nick Grimshaw is going to be okay. I thought it was a strange choice originally. I thought it was going to be Lionel Richie, and that would have been a good call.
"I hope he works out, it'll be tough during the live shows cause you really have to mentor them."
Nick and Rita join Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Simon Cowell on the panel.
'X Factor' is expected to begin at the end of August.
