Louis Walsh had to delay filming his 'X Factor' Judges Houses round due to noise coming from Nicolas Sarkozy's villa.
The 'X Factor' judge was interrupted by loud noises from hedge trimmers at the abode owned by the former French President and his wife Carla Bruni in Saint-Tropez, southern France, and show bosses had to intervene by telling the politician's staff to be a bit quieter.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The team were filming by the pool but every time they tried to shoot they were interrupted by the noise from the garden strimmers next door.
"Staff were asked politely if they could hold off the work until filming finished the next day. They agreed."
Louis had moved his six Boys category contestants into the £10.5 million Villa Tessillac along with former All Saints star Nicole Appleton, Westlife singer Shane Filan and Sinitta, who have been helping him to choose which contestants he should send through to the live shows.
'X Factor' bosses had splashed out on the luxury eight bedroom villa, which cost a hefty £16,000-a-week to rent and was set across two wings featuring a private pool and views of the Mediterranean.
Meanwhile, according to Virgin Media's The Hotlist - a new measurement tool which provides an alternative view on TV engagement - 'X Factor' returned last Saturday (31.08.13) with a staggering 14 million viewers across several platforms, including YouTube video views.
However, it failed to beat Britain's Got Talent's opening earlier this year when it attracted an impressive 32 million views.
