All four 'X Factor Judges' had a "peace dinner" last night (03.06.13).
Returning mentors Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne - who originally quit the show in 2008 because of her dislike of fellow judge Dannii Minogue - shared an intimate meal in a Glasgow restaurant yesterday to make a "pact" ahead of today's (04.06.13) first round of auditions in the Scottish city.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "They wanted to make a pact to make this year's 'X Factor' about fun not fights. We won't believe it will last beyond day one of auditions."
It was recently revealed the entire panel will be paid a total of almost £6 million for their participation this year - up from last year's bill of £3.7 million - and some judges' salaries have been doubled since their last appearance.
A source previously said: "We're really confident about this panel and we're putting our money where our mouth is.
"Nicole deserved a pay rise after coming first and second last year. Also she'll be there for the audition shows this year so we're getting more bang for our buck."
Audition rules have been changed this year, with hopeful singers first performing to the mentors in a separate room before sharing their talent in an arena next month ahead of going through to Boot Camp.
Following Glasgow, the clan will then move on to Birmingham, Manchester, London and Cardiff.
