Lorraine Stanley can't wait for 'EastEnders' Gray Atkins to be unmasked as a serial killer.
Gray (Toby Alexander-Smith) has managed to get away with killing his wife Chantelle, Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi and Lorraine, who plays his mother-in-law Karen Taylor, is excited for his evil deeds to be discovered.
She told Metro.co.uk: "I think it’s going to be really powerful! That’s going to be the real meat of the story, isn’t it and I can’t wait to start filming it.
"I actually don’t have a clue what’s going to happen so I’m as excited as everyone else to find out what’s going to go down but it’s going to big – it’s 'EastEnders!'"
Gray recently started dating Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abraham) and while Karen initially encouraged the relationship, she is starting to have doubts, although she still doesn't suspect him of any wrongdoing.
Lorraine explained: "She pushed them together almost because she felt bad for Gray and thought he should move on. But now she sees Chelsea in a new light; she reckons she is after his money and a bit of a gold digger.
"Karen is also concerned that Gray seems to be pushing the kids to one side for Chelsea so she’s not liking that at all!
"There was one scene where I came in and all of Chelsea’s shoes were all the way up the stairs and it was like, oh she’s proper got her feet under the table, hasn’t she!?
"I’ve really loved doing scenes with Zaraah, there’s been some good humour between them and there’s a lot more to come. It’s very soon for her to move in."
