Lorraine Kelly is planning to release another workout DVD.
The 56-year-old presenter is currently holding the title for the best-selling fitness DVD thanks to 'Living to the Max' and, although she's still relishing in its success, she's keen to join forces with her dance teacher Maxine Jones, who she trains with at her local church, for another fat-busting release.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "I would think we'd make another DVD, I would like to. It's really just down to the women who bought the DVD and whether they'd like to see another one. And Maxine certainly has endless material. One of the most difficult things was actually choosing what to use because she changes it up all the time."
And, since dropping two stone in weight with the help of her shimmy-shaking dance moves, Lorraine now feels confident showing off her arms and impressive waist in tighter frocks.
She explained: "I've got a much, much, flatter stomach. I mean, I'm 56 and I've had a baby so it's never going to be completely flat. Most women have a bit of a tummy but that's fine. But before, I'd put a really nice dress on and then I'd always put a cardigan on to cover up my arms. Now it's fine."
However, it's not just her physique that's changed over the last two years, as her confidence has also excelled.
She said: "I think as you get older, you're not so hard on yourself. You feel confident in your own skin."
'Living to the Max' is available to buy now.
