Kaye Adams is "proud" of her strong bladder.
The 61-year-old journalist - who is best known as a long-serving anchor on ITV's 'Loose Women' - revealed that her bladder is "excellent" and that it is the "only thing" she has left to brag to friends about because she doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet.
Speaking on her 'How to Be 60' podcast, she said: "The only thing that I'm still proud of is my bladder. I've got an excellent bladder. My pelvic floor is shot to bits but I can sleep through the night and now I have friends of a similar age who talk about getting up in the middle of the night. Instead of boasting about my arms or my boobs or whatever I tell them that I have got an excellent bladder."
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant had been to a Pilates class just before recording her podcast and explained she had a sudden realistion that she could no longer see her ribs so when she got home she stood in front of her mirror naked trying to spot them.
She said: "I was at my Pilates during the week, and I was doing very well, very proud of myself because I'm at least double the age of anyone else in the class and I kept up pretty well. But of course, all of the other young women have got their crop tops on. And there's no way I'm going for a crop top.
"So did the Pilates, all good, feeling good and all the rest of it and you do a stretch at the end. I'm looking at all the young girls with all the crop tops thinking 'F****** hell, you've got ribs!'
"I have not seen my ribs...I can't remember the last time...I can feel them, I just can't see them.
"I came home, had a shower and was standing in front of the mirror naked with my hands in the air trying to see my ribs. And I couldn't see them. When I brought them down, the gravity was quite painful!"
