Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall and Rizzle Kick’s Jordan Stephens are “looking to do a TV project together,” say sources.
The 30-year-old girl band star and the rapper Jordan, 31, - who have been in a relationship since 2020 - are gunning to become the next loved-up presenting duo like iconic presenting couples Richard Madeley, 67, and his wife Judy Finnigan, 75, and Eamonn Holmes, 63, and Ruth Langsford, 63, all of whom fronted ITV's flagship 'This Morning' for long-running stints over the years.
A telly insider told the Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “Jade and Jordan are looking for a TV project to do together.
“They have been having discussions with production companies about what they think could work and exploring their options.
“At the moment they have been swaying more towards the idea of a documentary than a chat show, but it’s still early days.
“They have good chemistry and are very well connected so the world is their oyster.”
Jade - who, has fronted ‘Little Mix: The Search’, a talent show to find the 'X Factor' winners a support act to go with them on tour, while the ‘Down the Trumpets’ hitmaker led the ITV2 panel show ‘Don’t Hate the Playaz’ - is reportedly following the footsteps of her band mate Leigh-Anne Pinnock to go solo but wants it to be “perfect”.
On working with Jade, superstar producer Jax Jones, 36, told the Official Charts: "Jade is jokes, man. Me and her have very similar tastes. I just send her music and she’s like, ‘I love all of it. I’m gonna release all of these. So…what do we do?!”
"I know that she needs and wants to make [her solo music] perfect. She wants it all to evolve at the right speed. It would be really selfish of me to say, Jade, let’s just get this out.”
