Linda Nolan "self-harmed" in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.
The singer has admitted she was so upset by her rows with Jim Davidson, she was pushed too far for the first time "since 2012".
She told the Star Sunday "I've self-harmed in the past and I did it in the house.
"I hadn't done it since 2012. But that's what Jim's behaviour made me do. He made me feel the need to do it again."
The 54-year-old star lost her husband Brian to cancer seven years ago, and she insists Jim brought her back to "feeling very suicidal" after he referred to her late partner stealing cash from Frank Carson in 1995.
She added: "After Brian died I self-harmed for more than two years. Back then I was very low and went through periods of feelings very suicidal.
"The only reason I went back to that dark place was because Jim brought me there by bringing up what happened."
While Linda was unpopular with viewers, she doesn't regret the way she spoke to her fellow housemate and hopes people will share her opinion of him in the future.
She said: "I don't want people thinking I'm a nagging b***h but I don't regret the way I was with Jim.
"It would have been easy for me to pretend I liked him just to get viewers on side. I would put money on the fact the public will eventually see him for what he is - an arsehole."
