Linda Lusardi's daughter has been eliminated from 'The Voice'.
Lucy Kane, 20, was booted off Sir Tom Jones' team during the battle rounds on the BBC One show on Saturday (25.02.17) after losing out to Nadine McGhee and none of the other judges chose to steal her.
After her elimination, Lucy was comforted by her mother, who is a former glamour model.
Linda later tweeted: "So very proud of my Lucy Kane tonight on thevoiceuk.
"She did her very best and I love her with all my heart (sic)."
And Lucy added: "What an amazing experience I had.
"Thank you so much to everyone #thevoiceuk I truly had such a wonderful time. So excited for the future x (sic)."
Lucy did not bring her mother or father, former 'Brookside' actor Samuel Kane, to her first audition because she did not want their fame to overshadow her audition.
She previously explained: "I didn't want my parents brought into it. I didn't bring my mum and dad with me. I wanted it to be about me.
"I didn't want to only be Linda Lusardi's daughter if I didn't get through."
Since quitting her job as a model, Linda decided a few years back to take up photography and now has her own studio in her home in Hertfordshire.
She said last year: "All the time I was doing photoshoots, I was learning about it, but I was put off by the darkrooms. Then digital came along and everyone seemed to become a photographer. I know what it's like on both sides of the camera and how to make people relax into it if they're nervous.
"Even when I was a model, the photographers liked working with me because I could help other girls. Lighting is the most important element. It doesn't matter who you're photographing, if you haven't got decent lighting it's going to be a problem."
