She said: "Nearly three months ago I decided to dust the cobwebs off of Joes gym stuff in the shed and give it a go + I'm so proud I haven't given up. Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on a Sunday @samantha.stone1 (sic)"
Stacey - who also has son Zack, 15, from a previous relationship and Leighton, 11, with her ex Aaron Barnham, 33 - quipped: "I love you as much as I hate you at this point Sam."
This come after the ‘Loose Women’ panellist called her beloved family member “camera shy”.
Stacey wrote on social media: "I promised I'd introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone did not love this! She's the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera-shy person I know.
"Loads of you were like, 'I did not know you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?' She's actually my step-sister but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she's my sister."
