Lauren Goodger is "addicted" to Pop Tarts.

The former 'Only Way Is Essex' star has admitted she can't get enough of the sweet treats but isn't too worried about her weight fluctuating a little bit.
She told new! magazine: "If I want something sweet I'll have dates and yoghurt. But I'm addicted to Pop Tarts! I'm not as skinny as I was when I released my DVD at the start of the year, but I'm certainly not as big as I was either. I don't care about having to be a Size 8, it's about how I feel.
"Yes, I've gained a few pounds but everyone fluctuates in weight - even Victoria's Secret models! I'm feeling all right at the moment but I do want to get back to my DVD peak fitness."
And Lauren will soon be able to enjoy all the Pop Tarts as she wants as it was previously claimed she is planning to move to the United States to launch her career over there.
A source said: "Lauren hasn't been happy in Essex for a while. She feels she might be able to get more lucrative work in the States, as she's already done the DVD back in the UK and doesn't have any deals in the pipeline. She's hoping that LA might give her career a reboot as well as stopping her from slipping back into her old habits and piling on the weight she worked so hard to lose.
"Lauren's heard that Mark Wright [her ex-boyfriend] is considering heading to LA - it's installed some hope it may be easier to work on their friendship given that they'll be in unknown territory and may need each other for support. She would love to be able to be friends with him again - above everything they had a great friendship and she'd like to be in a place where they could be in a bar and have a drink together - not have to avoid one another. While she knows it may be a long shot, she wants him to know that she would be there to support him if he ever needed it."
