Laila Morse is a nudist and loves stripping off on holiday.
The 'EastEnders' actress - best known for playing Big Mo in the BBC soap - has revealed she likes visiting nudist camps and beaches, as well as doing some cooking and gardening in her birthday suit.
Laila - who will bare all for ITV's 'Strictly The Real Full Monty' - said: "I do like to take my clothes off when I’m on holiday.
"I was on a nudist beach in Lanzarote and had a smashing time. I don’t care if I look like a beached whale."
She admitted stripping off on the beach is the only time she won't be disturbed by fans because they're too embarrassed to approach her.
As quoted by the Daily Star newspaper, she added: "It's the one place where no one ever comes up to me and says, 'Hello Mo!' No one takes any notice cos they've all got no clothes on!"
And the 76-year-old star encouraged everyone to "be proud" of their bodies and not be ashamed of their figure.
She said: "Every woman should enjoy getting her kit off. We’re too hung up about having the perfect body. We should be proud of what we’ve got."
Laila will be appearing on the ITV show alongside the likes of Christine McGuinness, dancing married couple James and Ola Jordan, and Blue singer Duncan James as they encourage people to check their bodies for signs of cancer.
Ashley Banjo will be leading the way again, but Coleen Nolan is stepping back from hosting duties due to her filming schedule.
A spokesperson explained: "Coleen's other filming commitments this year clashed with the majority of 'The Real Full Monty' so sadly she wasn’t able to commit to co-hosting the show this year, but she remains part of the 'Monty' family so we are thrilled that she will be appearing in an exciting surprise role as a special guest in this year's performance."
