Kym Marsh finds it "really odd" and "bizarre" that parents would give their kids consent to have sex on 'Love Island'.
The 'Coronation Street' star would never allow her 20-year-old daughter Emilie to get jiggy with it with strangers on the ITV2 show - just days after Dani Dyer, who will appear on this year's programme, revealed her father Danny Dyer has given her consent to go all the way on TV.
Kym said: "The new series of Love Island has started and a few of the contestants have said that their parents have told them that it's okay for them to have sex on the show.
"Danny Dyer's daughter Dani is on the show and she's 21, while my daughter Emilie is 20.
"There's no way I would give my consent for Emilie to do that. Not in a million years.
"I find it all really odd. It's bizarre that any parent would tell their child it's okay to have sex with random people on TV."
Kym also doesn't know why Dani or her co-stars would want to bed each other on this year's programme, because it would be "embarrassing" to do the deed on the small screen.
Writing in her OK! magazine column, she added: "And why would you even want to? It would be so embarrassing."
Last month, Dani insisted she will not be going all the way on the show.
When asked whether 'EastEnders' actor Danny had given his blessing for her to get jiggy with it on the reality TV series, she replied: "Yes. But I won't. He said that because he wants to put me at ease.
"He is so laid back in everything I do. He said, 'Whatever you want to do, go do it.' And I'm like, 'Ah thanks, dad.' "
The 22-year-old star recently insisted she doesn't even want to share a smooch with any of her co-stars on the programme.
She said: "I have so many eyes watching me. Kissing? No, I don't think so. I will just have to resist it, you know what I mean? I'll just have to do it when I get out.
"If they like me they can wait for a kiss - but if I have a glass of wine or something I could be in trouble because then I get flirty."
