Kylie isn't afraid to keep Team Kylie in check throughout the competition, and says: "I would be disappointed if they didn't take it seriously", but also revealed that she wants them "to feel they have the support from me."
The pop sensation also went against the grain when she said that while the show's title may be The Voice, image is still important for anyone hoping to break into the industry; "You need the whole package".

The new series of The Voice kicks off on BBC One this coming Saturday - January 11 - at 7pm.
