Kris Mochrie has had his car broken into by thieves who stole his laptop.

The former ‘Emmerdale’ star - who played evil Lee Posner on the ITV soap last year - took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of his rear car door window that had been completely shattered, and he explained “some scumbags” had managed to grab a bag from his car that contained his laptop.
Alongside the picture, he wrote: “My laptop was in a bag in the boot for an hour and some scumbags did this.
“Gutted! Be careful guys x (sic)”
Kris, 34, wasn’t disheartened for long though, as he went on to share a post that revealed a rare rhino had been born at Chester Zoo.
He added: "However, this made my day.”
Kris was at the centre of a major storyline in ‘Emmerdale’ last year, after his character raped Victoria Barton (Isabel Hodgins) on a night out, and she then became pregnant with his baby.
When her brother Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) found out about the attack, he lashed out and left Lee with severe injuries, which he later died from.
And while Kris’ main storyline was a dark one, he had a more positive experience with the show once his character was killed off, as in September he revealed he is now dating Max Parker, who plays his brother Luke Posner on the soap.
Announcing their romance, he said: "It’s great to meet someone through work and have so many things in common and an understanding of each other’s jobs.
"We didn’t actually share any scenes together on ‘Emmerdale’ but kept in touch after I left.
"I don’t want to jinx things. We are seeing how we get on. We had a great time on holiday in Dubai. Let’s see how it goes."
