The 'Big Brother' star has been in and out of hospital with her one-month-old newborn Noa after she developed a temperature and after a series of intravenous antibiotics, Kate is hopeful they will remain home for good now that all the tests have come back clear.

She wrote on Instagram: "Today is hopefully our last day of hospital visits for Noa’s IV antibiotics. We were told initially that she’d only need to come in on Thursday we were discharged on Wednesday evening. Friday morning however, we got a call saying she was to remain on them until today.

"We were here five hours yesterday as she had to have further blood tests after being observed but thankfully all came back clear. I’ve never been so grateful for our National Health Service as I am right now. The doctors, nurses, consultants, every member of staff at The Whittington Hospital has been incredible, attentive and kind and I can’t thank them enough.

"Despite these first few weeks being incredibly challenging, I count myself so lucky that Noa hasn’t been seriously poorly. She fought back at the beginning, her Paronychia healed well and whatever it is she has now she appears to be getting better. (sic)"

Meanwhile, Kate previously admitted she has "struggled" to get out of bed amid Noa's health battle.

She wrote last week: "It’s been the most challenging, emotionally draining and stressful three weeks of my life but I pray we have turned a corner now and can start to enjoy the newborn bubble everyone seems to have which so far has felt more like a horrible fairground ride I want to get off. It doesn’t mean I don’t love Noa, I’ve just honestly struggled and some days found it hard to even get out of bed. (sic)"
