Kara Tointon thinks her newborn son is "very zen".
The former 'EastEnders' star - who welcomed her second child with fiance Marius Jensen last month - is overjoyed with her baby Helly, who has had a "calming effect" on the family since his arrival.
She told Hello! magazine: "[The baby] is an incredibly cool little man. He is very zen, he has a calming effect."
The couple chose the Norwegian name for their baby boy as it was inspired by Marius' native country Norway.
He explained: "The first Helly we found was an old Norwegian sea captain, from a place in Norway called Moss, a tiny little town where my grandmother is from."
The couple decided to search the name on the internet and discovered he was a "big bearded guy" like the 35-year-old chiropractor, adding it was then the name "fell into place".
Meanwhile, Kara and Marius were set to marry on a lawn by a beautiful fjord where his grandfather grew up last year.
The wedding has been put on pause due to the coronavirus pandemic, but Kara has insisted they're not in any rush for the time being.
Speaking about their wedding plans, Kara said: "It keeps getting put on hold. But I like to do things when I'm in a place to enjoy it, so if you can't do that now, then why rush?
The former soap star suggested they're both happy to wait for the right time to finally tie the knot, admitting they're determined to enjoy the occasion with friends and family.
She explained: "It will be much nicer to get married in a celebratory way when we can enjoy it with family."
