Kylie Minogue is open to a 'Doctor Who' return.
The 'I Should Be So Lucky' hitmaker played one-off companion Astrid Peth alongside David Tennant's Time Lord in 2007 episode 'Voyage of the Damned', and she had a great time working on the beloved BBC sci-fi series.
Appearing on Hits Radio's Answer the Internet segment, she said: "It was so amazing to be in such a beloved show and with David Tennant as the Doctor, happy days!
"I wouldn't mind if Astrid Peth came back, just saying."
It might seem farfetched, but anything is possible with showrunner Russell T Davies back at the helm, and David returning to the TARDIS later this year alongside Catherine Tate as Donna Noble.
In the 2007 episode, Kylie's character Astrid met the Doctor onboard the starship Titanic as they discover Max Capricorn's (George Costigan) plan to destroy the ship and its passengers, as well as anyone on Earth.
While it remains to be see if the former 'Neighbours' star will be back, the BBC has announced big plans for a 'Doctor Who' spin-off show in November when the new series returns.
'Doctor Who: Unleashed' promises "unmissable insight" into the iconic series with former BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat star Steffan Powell stepping into the TARDIS as the host.
As well as a behind the scenes glimpse at how the iconic sci-fi favourite is made, there will also be exclusive interviews with stars in front of - and behind - the camera.
Russell has compared the programme to 'Doctor Who Confidential' - which aired in 2005 - and he wants to carry on that legacy by inspiring "a whole new generation" of people to chase a career in television.
He said: "Over the years, I meet so many people who were inspired to find careers in TV, because of the behind-the-scenes material the BBC would show.
"And now it’s back, in the grand old tradition of 'Doctor Who Confidential', but in a brand new form, Unleashed!
"So a whole new generation – and faithful fans of old – can see what the stars and the crew get up to behind the cameras.”
