Jordan Banjo once ballooned to 294lbs.
The Diversity dancer - whose brother is Ashley Banjo - used to guzzle eight litres of coca-cola when he was 15 years old but realised he had to kick his sugar addiction when he piled on the pounds and saw his waist line grow to a shocking 46 inches.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, the 23-year-old hunk said of his chubby childhood days: "The problem wasn't what I was eating, it was what I was drinking."
However, the handsome star still hasn't managed to get his drinking habits under control as he admitted to his camp mate Scarlett Moffatt while in the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' jungle that he's never drunk water on its own without squash.
Scarlett warned him: "Be careful or it will be constipation day for you every day."
Jordan was given the boot from the competition earlier this week after he lost the public vote against 'Homes Under the Hammer' star Martin Roberts, and he wasted no time gobbling down pizza and calorific treats once he was freed from the camp.
The dancer - who had lived on a diet of rice and beans for over two weeks - raised a few eyebrows with the Australian natives once he was released from the jungle as the first thing he did when he arrived at the hotel was order a BBQ feast from Domino's.
He said: ''It wasn't even 11 am in the morning and I was eating a BBQ meat feast."
Meanwhile, the reality TV show is set to wrap up at the weekend but not before a heatwave hits the jungle, based in New South Wales, and wreaks havoc for Larry Lamb, Sam Quek, Wayne Bridge, Joel Dommett, Adam Thomas, Martin and Scarlett.
A source said: "Older contestants, particularly Larry, could find themselves in bother if they do anything too strenuous in these temperatures. They need to keep hydrated and apply sun cream regularly."
