Jonathan Ross is to travel to America to host magic show Penn & Teller: Fool Us, in a bid to launch his presenting career in the country along with the famed duo - real names Penn Jillette and Raymond Teller.
He revealed: "I am going to do 13 shows, maybe 20. I love Penn & Teller."
The 54-year-old presenter originally launched the show in 2011 on ITV before it was cancelled following one series, but will now record a second season in the US after it was recommissioned by The CW TV network.
However, Jonathan is making sure filming of the show is condensed into a fortnight as he doesn't want to spend too long away from his wife Jane Goldman and their three children, Betty Kitten, Harvey Kirby and Honey Kinney, because he can't bear to be away for them for lengthy periods of time.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I am filming them all in two weeks so I can then come home and be with Jane and the family. We are never away from each other for more than that.
"The longest we have been away from each other is 10 days in the whole marriage. We have been married 26 years."
