Joey Essex is set to return to 'Celebs Go Dating'.

The former 'TOWIE' star is on the search for love again following two previous stints on the E4 dating show, in 2016 and 2017.
A show insider told the Daily Star newspaper's Hot TV column: “This year has been a complete write-off for Joey when it comes to dating, so he wants to put himself back out there. He is looking to date someone who isn’t his usual type and he’s hoping to have fun and learn a bit more about himself.
“Returning to the show’s dating agency will give him a chance to delve a bit deeper into where he’s been going wrong.”
Joey made his debut on the dating show during the first-ever series in 2016 and he returned for another chance at finding love on TV in the second season in 2017.
The 30-year-old reality star has already moved into the luxury mansion, where the new series is being filmed, with celebs including 'Geordie Shore' star Chloe Ferry, club owner Wayne Lineker, 'Love Island’ star Curtis Pritchard and 'Strictly Come Dancing' runner-up Karim Zeroual.
The insider added: “Joey joining the series is really going to mix things up. Producers reckon he will turn a few heads.”
'Celebs Go Dating' filming had been temporarily paused after Curtis tested positive for coronavirus.
A show spokesman said: "Filming has paused temporarily as it awaits further information regarding a routine Covid test. "The result was unexpected since the individual had quarantined prior to entering the house, and had been regularly receiving negative results."
But Curtis has since been allowed to go back to the E4 dating show's mansion after he tested negative four times in a row.
A spokeswoman said: "After four negative results and in agreement with the team at 'Celebs Go Dating', Curtis has gone back to filming."
