Joe Swash might need to have an operation on his shoulder after he took a nasty tumble on 'The Jump' last month.
The 34-year-old presenter chipped a bone after he fell while competing on the winter sports show a few weeks ago and, although he's yet to have another x-ray, he's convinced there's a likelihood he may need to go under the knife to fix it.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he explained: "It's alright, it's coming on, and it's a little bit sore. I'm going back to the hospital tomorrow so they can have another look and we can take it from there. I haven't had an operation at the moment but I think when we go back then they'll have another look and they'll be able to see the damage."
Despite the nasty injury, Joe - who was pulled in as the replacement for Beth Tweddle after she broke her back two weeks in - hasn't let it put him off the show and hopes he'll be asked to return next year as an original contestant.
He said: "It was a hard year to do 'The Jump' because there were so many injuries. I don't know why it's getting so much stick because you know what you're letting yourself in for on 'The Jump' before you even hit the slopes. It's a great show, the team and all that, they're all brilliant. If they ask me to do it next year I'll definitely do it next year."
Joe joins the cast of the new family spectacular, 'Mission Impudseyble'. The UK tour starts on March 25 and runs until June 5.
