Joe Swash is looking forward to "being normal again".
The 38-year-old actor is still basking in the glory of his 'Dancing on Ice success on Sunday night (08.03.20) - but Joe is also excited to return to normality again.
Joe - who has a nine-month-old son called Rex with his partner Stacey Solomon - told 'Loose Women': "We started this in September. It's such a long journey, and people always forget about Stacey and the people at home [since] I started doing it.
"But as much as I started working, Stacey had the kids, my mum wasn't seeing me, so I think it was a relief for everyone that, 'Ah, he's won it, this is amazing, but we can go back to being normal again.'"
Joe was training "seven days a week, eight hours a day" during his stint on 'Dancing on Ice'.
But the actor - who previously played Mickey Miller in 'EastEnders' - thinks the key to his skating success was the input of his professional partner Alex Murphy.
He said: "It's down to Alex, really. I couldn't have done any of the stuff that I'd done without Al."
Stacey, 30, supported her partner during the 'Dancing on Ice' final - but she also admitted she was looking forward to welcoming him home.
The popular TV star - who finished in third place on the sixth series of 'The X Factor' in 2009 - said: "All of us can't believe it. We are so proud of him he has worked so so hard. We just want him back."
