Jodie Kidd thinks 'Top Gear' needs a "woman's angle".
The 36-year-old star has been one of the favourites to join BBC Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans on the BBC motoring show ever since Jeremy Clarkson was sacked for punching a producer earlier this year and she's now spoken out to reveal she thinks they should "definitely" hire a female presenter.
She said: "Women are buying cars - it's the norm - so you need a woman's angle.
"Because we're different, men and women, and it's great to listen to a car expert who is a woman."
The blonde beauty also insisted that if she were to join Evans on the line-up she wouldn't be worried about reaching the same level of fame as her pal Clarkson.
She told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Walking down the street, all over the world he's recognised, but it wouldn't put me off for anything. No! I love doing my car presenting."
Jodie's comments come after she rubbished claims the show - which was previously hosted by Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May - wouldn't work with a female host.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "If someone told me I couldn't race or drive well because I was a woman, it would just make me more determined. It's a rush."
Meanwhile, Chris previously claimed he would love to have a woman join him on the show, as long as they were right for the job.
He said: "I want people who are extremely knowledgeable about cars, I want to have people who have great energy, people who have good timing, people who have warmth about them, people who are keen and eager to do things differently."
