Jodi Albert says 'The Big Reunion' is going to be "explosive".
The 30-year-old actress-and-singer - who is married to former Westlife star Kian Egan - is reforming short-lived girl band Girl Thing on the second series of the ITV2 reality show and she admits it's been a wild ride.
Girl Thing - also consisting of Anika Bostelaar, Linzi Martin, Michelle Barber and Nikki Stuart - were formed by Simon Cowell and touted as the next big thing in pop, but they were unceremoniously dropped after releasing just two songs.
Jodi told BANG Showbiz: "It's been crazy. There is drama - we've been completely honest, it's very explosive. I don't really know what I've got myself in for, but it will make for good television.
"It's the reason Kian and I met so it felt like I owed it to the girls and the band to give it one last go."
Meanwhile, Kian, 33, revealed he has given his wife - with whom he has two-year-old son Koa - plenty of advice about band life following his success with Westlife.
He said: "For Jodi, it's very different [to Westlife]. She's back with girls that she knew a very long time ago and I think [the advice is] just keep your head and stay calm.
"I think they're getting a great opportunity to put a really nice end to the Girl Thing story. I think Girl Thing had a really rough time in the early days, the way it all happened fast ... I think this is an amazing way to put a nice ending on the story, doing a big tour and making a TV show together."
'The Big Reunion' starts tonight (06.02.14) at 9pm on ITV2.
