The 'Downton Abbey' star has claimed he'll sign up for any TV show or movie as long as the pay is good and he likes the script but he's confessed he'd be wary of starring in a Netflix or Amazon Prime production as he wouldn't know how to watch them back.

He told BANG Showbiz: "With all those things - show me the script, show me the money. I'd consider doing anything if it was interesting. I wouldn't be a butler for a while but Netflix, I would never see it would I? I wouldn't know where to find it. Is it on the computer or is it on the television? I don't know! You'll be giving me lessons in tweeting and Facebook next. I mean, what is Facebook?"

The 67-year-old actor also insisted he has no plans to move to the United States now that 'Downton Abbey' has come to an end.

He said: "Oh no, God no. My life is in England. I worked in America for two and a half years in the 70s. I went for six weeks with a bizarre comedy road show and we stayed for two and a half years doing vulgar English comedy so that was good fun in my 20s but in my 60s? I don't think so. My life is at home."

The sixth and final series of 'Downton Abbey' begins on ITV at 9pm on September 20.
