Jessica Plummer was in tears as her daughter spent a rare night away from her.
The 28-year-old actress - who has four-year-old Noa with ex-boyfriend Jaz Hutchins - was missing the youngster over the weekend, and she cried "like a big baby" while watching videos of her daughter in her absence.
She wrote on her Instagram Story: "First night away from Noa since Monday AND it's Saturday, I should be out with friends living my best life… But instead I'm at home going through old videos of Noa, crying like a big baby.
"Completely hating myself for all of the shouting I've done over the past week being the world's worst home parent teacher thing, whatever my new job role is called. Mum guilt at its finest. I need a distraction. (sic)"
The former 'EastEnders' star encouraged other parents to share their emotions during the pandemic as she knows they are all trying their "hardest".
She added: "PS I'm not looking for sympathy, I KNOW I shouldn't be beating myself up. But just in case there's another parent reading this right now feeling the same. Know we are in the same boat! e can share the s*** parent ship together.
"PPS That was a joke. No parent that this resonates with is a s*** parent, we are all f****** trying our hardest.
"PPPS I've decided I am scrapping the curriculum and making up our own from Monday. (sic)"
Jessica then posted a photo of her face covered in tears, while she soaked in the bath.
She captioned the image: "Gonna stop crying now, goodnight x(sic)".
It comes after Jessica revealed she is trying to keep Noa's life normal following her split with Jaz last year.
She previously said: "Noa’s dad and I have been in each other’s lives for such a long time. Yes, I am single right now, but I will always love him, he will always be my family and we fully share responsibility for Noa.
“It is very equal, with both of our jobs things are so up in the air, but he is a wonderful dad and I don’t have a bad word to say about him as a parent."
