Jessica Fox would gorge on cheese if she could only eat one type of food for the rest of her life.
The 'Hollyoaks' star - who plays Nancy Osborne on the Channel 4 soap - would love to live out her days just chowing down on the dairy product if she was ever restricted to eating just one foodstuff.
Speaking in a Q&A on the 'Hollyoaks' Twitter account, she said: "If I could only eat one type of food for the rest of my life, it would have to be cheese.
"Because you can have a great variety of cheese, and I don't think there's anything in life that can't be improved with cheese."
Jessica is not the only 'Hollyoaks' star keen to see out her time in life by eating cheese.
Sarah Jayne Dunn - who plays Nancy's pal Mandy Morgan, who is soon to be her enemy after she cheated with her husband Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor Dawson) - would love to consume cheese with "everything".
Asked what her guilty pleasure is, she admitted: "Cheese! If I could have cheese with everything I would and that's probably the hardest thing about cutting out dairy and being healthy."
But neither Jessica nor Sarah seem to love cheese quite as much as 'Coronation Street' actor Sean Wilson (Martin Platt), who is such a big fan of the dairy produce that he became a cheesemaker when he left the soap in 2005.
The 53-year-old star - who made a brief return to the cobbles earlier this year - recently revealed he is taking his award-winning cheesemaking skills to the next level - by forging a career in cheese lecturing.
He wrote on Twitter: "At the request of Reaseheath College I'll be returning to the class where it all started 10 years ago - as the lecturer.
John Alison and I will be hosting 2019 cheese making courses for all standards.
Please feel free to drop an inbox if interested Cheesemeisters. (sic)"
Sean offered fans a "good discount" if they enquire early about his cheesemaking courses, and told supporters the educational lessons could make a "great" Christmas present for people.
He tweeted: "Hey Cheesemeisters..
So, I'll be hosting multi-day Soft Cheese Making classes at Reaseheath College, Cheshire in 2019.
This is where I started out 10 years ago and gave me a solid grounding.
Early enquiries get good discount. Just drop a message in inbox- great Xmas pressie (sic)"
