The 35-year-old singer-and-actress is about to go head-to-head with fellow coaches Gavin Rossdale, Will.i.am and Sir Tom Jones for the live knock out rounds and she is desperate for one of her six acts to win the whole competition.

And Jennifer thinks that Bush frontman Gavin's team is the biggest threat to her chances of being crowned the winning mentor.

In an interview with The Times newspaper, she said: "We get competitive. I'll say, 'Gavin, we're cool, you're a gentleman and all that, but I don't play around when it comes to music so don't get in my way."

Jennifer, 35, says her friendly rivalry with Gavin, 51, was sparked when they both kept turning their chairs for the same singers.

The 'Dreamgirls' star said: "Gavin likes to turn around when I turn around and I have to say to him, 'You just turn that chair back.' Sure we butt heads and the drama kicks in. I don't have an attitude, I'm just sassy, but maybe he takes it as an attitude because he be looking at me like, 'What did she just say?' "

She added: "Actually, I'm going to ask him if he finds me annoying."

'Team J-Hud' is comprised of Jack Bruley, 20, Mo Adeniran, 21, Georgie Braggins, 21, David Jackson, 29, Jamie Miller, 19, and Tim Gallagher, 23, and Jennifer has confessed she does a favourite act.

When asked if she had a fave, she replied: "I can't answer that. But yes I do. I have one steady favourite and the others I see in a different light every week. Mo is really shy and easy to work with. You have to remind him it's a competition sometimes, he's so nice. Georgie is all for her jazz and she's very sure of herself. Jack still doesn't know how he got there. He lives in his head."

'The Voice UK' is on ITV on Saturday (04.03.17) at 8.30pm and on Sunday (05.03.17) at 7.45pm.
