Jenna Coleman and Olivia Colman have joined TK Maxx's 'Red Nose Day' campaign.
The two stars - as well as Felicity Jones, Emily Atack and retired footballer Jermaine Jenas - have posed in t-shirts designed by illustrator and author Charlie Macksey for 'Comic Relief'.
Charlie said in a statement: "The pandemic is causing so much pain and worry for many, but it moves and amazes me that people can still find the strength and kindness to look after each other; neighbours, strangers, family and friends.
"It has been a heart breaking and tumultuous time that I think we’d like to forget, but I hope we can remember the small acts of kindness that have brought us much hope.
"Many people need us right now, so I hope the 'Red Nose Day' t-shirt helps to raise the funds to make a difference.”
The two limited edition designs combine Charlie’s artwork with a message of kindness.
The ‘What do you want to be when you grow up? Kind said the Boy’ design features an illustration from his book 'The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse' with a signature embellished Red Nose on the mole.
Charlie also shared a ‘What do you want to be when you grow up? 'Kind,' said the Girl’ design.
Deborah Dolce - Senior Vice President, Group Brand and Marketing Director at TK Maxx - commented: “Now more than ever it’s so important to us to support the incredible work of our long-standing friends at Comic Relief.
"Charlie’s designs touch a nerve with his thoughtful and sensitive reflections; he brings to life the true meaning of the Red Nose Day 21 campaign and we hope that his messages of kindness and love will inspire our customers to help raise vital funds for Comic Relief and the vulnerable people they reach at this difficult time.”
Jenna, Olivia, Felicity, Emily and Jermaine are supporting Red Nose Day 2021 by wearing a t-shirt designed by British Illustrator Charlie Mackesy which is available online at tkmaxx.com now to raise money for Comic Relief.
