Janette Manrara's finances have taken a hit amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The 37-year-old dancer and her husband Aljaz Skorjanec have endured a "tough" year due to the pandemic, which stopped them from going on their money-spinning tours.
Speaking to Dr Ranj Singh on his 'Steths, Drugs & Rock 'n' Roll' podcast - which they record during the UK's first lockdown - Janette shared: "Financially it was tough, we did lose three tours this year."
Despite this, the 'Strictly Come Dancing' star - who has been married to Aljaz since 2017 - has enjoyed spending time at home amid the pandemic.
She explained that during a typical year, they're both usually busy touring and appearing in TV shows.
Janette said: "I think emotionally and psychologically and physically for the two of us to have all this time at home, which was never possible because of the schedule we have, has been actually really, really, nice.
"We've learned to live in our own home, which we never felt before. Now our living room actually feels like our living room."
Janette has also learned to love spending time in her kitchen amid the lockdown.
She explained: "I like the kitchen, I was never friends with the kitchen before and Aljaz has loved just taking time to himself, he hasn't been online much … he has taken time to chill out. It's been amazing."
Janette and Aljaz have been forced to live separately in recent weeks due to 'Strictly's coronavirus restrictions.
Speaking prior to his exit from the show, Aljaz - who was partnered with Clara Amfo - shared: "We can see each other on a Friday and Saturday in the studio, obviously keeping to two metre distance.
"But the two of us are so focused, you know, with jobs, so at the moment it's OK because we're so busy, but if one of us [were to] be eliminated and then … one of us [would] have to be at home on their own. That's [when] I think it would get a little bit harder."
