The former 'Made In Chelsea' co-stars revealed that they are set to tie the knot after Jamie, 33, proposed to Sophie, 28.
Jamie wrote on Instagram: "I couldn’t think of anything better than spending the rest of my life with you @habboosophie."
Sophie also shared the happy news, writing: "WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you @jamielaing."
They both shared joyful pictures and videos as they celebrated their engagement with espresso martini cocktails.
Sophie - who has been dating Jamie for two years - previously shared her hopes that he would propose over the festive period.
She said: "I can't wait for Christmas if it goes ahead, then it will be extra special because of last year's lockdown.'
"I'm planning to go skiing with my family and Jamie is going to be in the same place so we can meet up, its the best of both worlds.
"I used to be a bit of a party girl, but these days I am pretty healthy.
"I don't drink much, but when I do, I go for it and have fun. So I probably will on New Year's Eve 'Who knows... maybe Jamie will propose!"
And Jamie has gushed about his love for Sophie, declaring he is punching above his weight.
He said: "She's the best person I've ever met and I'm very lucky she's my girlfriend.
"When we walk down the street people look at me and think, 'How has he done that?' And I just nod at them. Of course I'm punching above my weight."
