James Jordan wants to judge 'Dancing On Ice' - even though he's never ice skated.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional has always enjoyed watching the rival celebrity contest, but as he has no ice skating skills, he'd prefer to sit on the panel - which is currently formed of skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean and dance experts Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo - and give his verdict on the hopefuls.
Asked if he'd do 'Dancing On Ice', he said: "I've always been a fan but I've never ice skated before.
"I'd like to be a judge. I'm more than qualified to judge Dancing On Ice'. I think the world needs me."
The 39-year-old dancer is known for his strong opinions on Twitter and hit out at 'Dancing On Ice' contestant Antony Cotton during the last series, saying he felt the 'Coronation Street' actor would be a "right pain" to work with.
And James insists he was only voicing what other people thought.
He said: "Was he upset? Bless him. I'm only saying what most people at home are thinking.
"Maybe he is an amazing person. Twitter is for voicing your opinions."
James - who is married to fellow dancer and former 'Strictly Come Dancing' professional Ola Jordan - stands by everything he posts on social media and doesn't care what people think of his forthright views.
Asked if he regrets any tweets, he told Star magazine: "No, otherwise I wouldn't put it on there.
"I'm not one of those people who bulls**ts on Twitter and puts what they think people want to hear. I put what I believe.
"I just think the world is going so far the other way that you don't know what you can or can't say.
"For me personally, I don't care. I say whatever I want."
