James Buckley has asked Danny Dyer to get him a part in 'EastEnders'.
The 'Inbetweeners' star, 34, is good friends with Danny - who has played Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter in the BBC soap since 2013 - and he hopes his mate might be able to sort him a day on the soap.
Speaking on James' 'At Home With The Buckleys' YouTube channel, Danny told his pal: "Get you a day? I’ll get you a month. You’re having a month, that’s it ... We work six days a week."
However, in the same video, 44-year-old Danny spilled that James prefers rival ITV soap 'Emmerdale' and claims that he doesn't watch the London-based soap.
He said: "He’s an 'Emmerdale' nut, loves a tractor. He doesn’t watch 'EastEnders'.”
In the video, the pair were seen taking a trip to Alton's BBQ World.
James' YouTube channel 'At Home with the Buckleys' which has a following of 132,000 and almost 6.5 million video views.
The TV favourites have been good friends for a long time, and James attended Danny's wedding to childhood sweetheart Joanne Mas in 2016.
In April, James and his wife Clair Meek went to Danny and Jo's to see their new garden igloo.
The soap star said at the time: "This is a dome I built with my own hands."
But James channelled his 'Inbetweeners' character Jay Cartwright by announcing he was holding in a trump.
Speaking to Clair, he said: "I'm holding in a fart, because you told me I wasn't allowed to."
Danny said: "What would be interesting is … a fart in here would be good."
