James 'Arg' Argent was praised by trolls after he got his kit off on 'The Real Full Monty'.
The 31-year-old reality TV star was "extremely nervous" ahead of the ITV show, on which several stars, including Tom Parker, Jeff Brazier and Ashley Banjo, bared all to raise awareness of male cancers, and he was particularly "worried" about what people might say to him on social media.
He said: "I was extremely, extremely nervous but I can honestly say I think it was one of the best things I've ever taken part in.
"All the boys were petrified but once we did it we were so proud of ourselves.
"And the feedback we got, I was worried about the trolls and stuff like that, but even the trolls got behind and said, 'You know what, fair play - respect, like that took a lot to do that.' Do you know what I mean?"
And Arg's on/off girlfriend Gemma Collins was "happy" others got to have a "little sneaky look" at the 'TOWIE' star's body for a few minutes to raise awareness for such an amazing cause.
She said: "I absolutely loved it. I just think you know to raise awareness for such an amazing cause is brilliant.
"I get to celebrate this body on a daily basis so I was happy for everyone to have a little sneaky look for two minutes."
Following his 'Full Monty' exploits, Arg is set to tackle Race For Life, but he will be fully clothed for the spectacle.
When asked by Kelly Brook whether he was keeping his clothes on for the event, he told 'Heart Breakfast': "Yeah don't worry, they're staying on."
Tune in to JK and Kelly Brook (in for Jamie and Lucy) on 'Heart Breakfast', weekdays from 6am-9am.
