The 'Only Way is Essex' star dropped jaws 11 months ago when he posed topless showing off his trim figure but he has since gone on to gain a disappointing three stone and is worried his girlfriend Lydia Bright won't fancy him anymore.
Speaking to NOW magazine, he said: "I don't want to get bigger because I want Lydia to find me attractive. When you're slimmer you look better. Our sex life isn't suffering as much as it did last time, but I know that if I put on more weight it would affect it. Lydia's being really strict with me.
"She's on it. Around the house there's nothing but healthy food. Junk food is banned- there's not even any hidden."
The 28-year-old reality TV star reveals he is "bigger than before" and partially blames his jet-setting lifestyle.
He explained: "I'm so disappointed with myself. I'm bigger than before and I can't fit into my clothes. I had gone down to 15 stone but it's crept back on, I've lost the confidence I had. In Austria [when he was competing on 'The Jump'], all I was eating was carbs. 'Sugar Free Farm' [a show which saw him eat all organic produce] helped for a bit, but I just went back to eating junk again. Living all over the place puts me out of a routine and I can't eat the healthy food I would at home. I want to loose the weight I've put on a be healthy. I prefer my face when it's slimmer. I know it won't be easy, but I'm determined to get fit as soon as I can."
